A spoon for the popular Chinese dish, Hot Pot. Size: 7 cm The Hot Pot is aptly referred to by many as the "Chinese fondue". During the meal, the guests themselves dip the various elements in the stock, which is simmering in the middle of the table. The most common toppings are thinly sliced beef (or other meats, but the point is to cook it easily) and other raw toppings such as seafood, vegetables, tofu. Hot pot sauces are also used as a base stock for Chinese soups.
