Miso (or miso) is a traditional element of Japanese cuisine. A blend of fermented soybean and rice paste. Although its most popular use is in the preparation of Japanese miso soup, it is now much more widely used. Often used in sauces and dressings. Its growing popularity is partly due to its high protein and nutrient content, but also to its special taste. During use, the temperature of the miso paste should not reach 100 degrees Celsius, as important enzymes are broken down and the taste may change. That’s why it is recommended to add it as a final ingredient to a dish or sauce.
