A Vietnámi Pho leves főzőkészlet megkönnyíti a klasszikus vietnámi pho leves elkészítését otthon. A doboz minden fontos hozzávalót tartalmaz, így gyors és autentikus élményt kínál.
Csomag tartalma:
- rizs tészta
- fűszer mix
- Halszósz

(Opcionális) Szükséges lehet még: 200 g nyers marhahúsra / vagy 200 g főtt csirkehúsra, 100 g mungóbabcsírára, friss korianderre, bazsalikomra, mogyoróhagymára, illetve 800 ml hús alaplére.
Elkészítés:
- helyezd a rizstésztát forrásban lévő vízbe kb. 3 percig, majd vedd ki, és hideg vízzel öblítsd le.
- Egy lábasba önts 800 ml vizet (vagy hús alaplevet), tedd bele a csomagban található fűszertasakot, és forrald fel. felforralást követően csökkentsd a hőfokot közepesre, és főzd kb. 5 percig.
- Finoman apríts össze mogyoróhagymát, koriandert, és vágj vékonyra szeletelt nyers marhahúst vagy főtt csirkehúst.
- A tálaláshoz helyezd a tányérba/tálba a tésztát, tetejére a marhahúst vagy csirkehúst, mungóbabcsírát, bazsalikomot. Majd az alaplevet forrald fel megint, majd öntsd rá a feltétekre a kihelyezett tányérokba/tálakba. Díszítheted felaprított mogyoróhagymával, korianderrel. Tálald forrón chili szósszal és halszósszal ízlés szerint!
