Íztelen és színtelen por, amit általában az állati (sertés, marha) eredetű zselatin helyett használnak. Készíthetünk vele süteményt, lekvárt, vagy bármilyen ételt, amit sűríteni szükséges!
Felhasználás: Hideg folyadékban kell feloldani, majd úgy felmelegíteni. 2-3 percig javaslott főzni. A kocsonyás állagot akkor éri el, amikor a hőmérséklete visszahűl szobahőmérsékletűre.
1 liter folyadékhoz körülbelül 5 gramm agaragar szükséges.

The large-eyed tapioca pearl is the basic ingredient in Boba teas, or Bubble teas, and can be used in a variety of ways, but it's easy to make!
Ingredients: tapioca starch, preservative E223 (sulphite).
Preparation proposal: Boil 5 cups of water (about 1200 ml) and add one cup of tapioca pearls. Cook for about 10 minutes and stir until translucent. You can then add it to desserts, boba tea!
